刘明华,莆田学院副院长,福州大学教授,博士生导师;九三学社福建省委员会副主委、福建省人大常委、九三学社中央委员会委员;福建省农村废弃物绿色循环技术工程研究中心、福建省生物质资源化技术开发基地、福建省植物资源高值化利用工程技术研究中心和福建省职业病危害工程防护技术中心主任;享受国务院政府特殊津贴,入选福建省第三批百千万工程领军人才和福建省第六批“百千万人才工程”;中国环境科学学会常务理事、福建省环境科学学会副理事长、福建省造纸学会副理事长;先后主持国家自然科学基金等40多项国家和省部级科研项目;已申请PCT专利6件,国家发明专利102件,其中获授权中国发明专利81件、美国发明专利3件、日本发明专利3件、德国发明专利2件;出版著作25部,发表SCI、EI收录论文150多篇;获福建省科技成果转化奖一等奖(第1)、福建省技术发明奖二等奖(第1)、福建省专利奖二等奖2项(第1)、卢嘉锡优秀导师奖、宝钢优秀教师奖、福建紫金科技创新奖、中国产学研合作创新奖、国家发明创业奖等30余项国家级和省部级奖励。
