报告摘要:
Thermal runaway of lithium-ion batteries is the bottleneck restricting the large-scale development of electric vehicles and new energy storage. The report first introduces the thermal runaway fire, gas generation dynamic characteristics and inoculation mechanism of lithium-ion battery. Secondly, the thermal runaway propagation characteristics at the module level will be discussed. Finally, in view of the difficulties of early warning and prevention of thermal runaway of lithium ion batteries, the in-situ detection technology and prevention and control technology of thermal runaway of lithium ion batteries will be discussed, and the future development trend of thermal safety of lithium ion batteries will be summarized.
锂离子电池热失控是制约电动汽车与新型储能规模化发展的瓶颈。报告首先介绍了锂离子单体电池的热失控火灾、产气动力学特性以及孕育机理。其次,将讨论模组层级的热失控传播特性。最后,针对锂离子电池热失控早期预警及防控难题,讨论了锂离子电池热失控原位检测技术和热失控防控技术,并总结了锂离子电池热安全的未来发展趋势。
